Arrival Your accommodation will be available to you from 2.00pm on the day of arrival unless otherwise arranged. Departure Please be ready to leave the accommodation by 10.00am on the day of departure, leaving the property as clean as possible.
Pets are not permitted. Unless there is an exceptional circumstance, when you must contact us, explain, and ask for permission, which may be granted with specific conditions
House Rules Naturally, be respectful for all around you, including the space and property. Be aware of using way too much water - we are on tank water. The wastewater tank and the plumbing won't tolerate anything other than the loo paper provided - so please be very mindful of that and create no damage. Long term guests - we don't provide for your living expenses so please provide your own groceries - personal effects and foodstuffs.
Events not allowed. Sub-letting not allowed. Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes not allowed. Noise after 10pm not acceptable. Please consider the neighbours.
Liability We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Non-availability of accommodation In the unlikely situation where the property becomes unavailable due to facts beyond our control, we will aim to find an alternative for you or repay your monies. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Data Any data collected during the course of this booking may be stored on a computer. It is possible, with your permission, that we may email you with new offers, specials, notice of events, as well as updates at the property.
Payment is made at the time of booking
Cancellations We offer a full refund of the total booking up to 30 days prior to check-in date and 50% refund up to 14 days before check-in. If the reservation is cancelled less than 14 days before check-in, no refund will be issued.
